“What can I do if I just have no energy?”

Move! I know, you said you have zero energy.

Tell yourself that you only have to move for 5 minutes then you can stop.

Chances are you will keep going. The hardest part is getting going. So by making “a deal” with yourself for a short period of time only, you can trick your body into moving.

If you can get outside, even better.
